On Thursday, Topps released a 1-of-1 debut patch trading card of Dallas Mavericks superstar Cooper Flagg, and the Mavs are offering an absolute haul to get their hands on it.
Flagg, who was the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft and went on to win the Rookie of the Year Award, signed the card at the third annual Fanatics Fest last month.
Fanatics Collectibles CEO Mike Mahan said that it’s the most anticipated basketball card “in a long, long time,” while Flagg said at Fanatics Fest that he was “a little nervous” right before signing it.
Mavs Offer Up Extremely Rich Package In Exchange For Cooper Flagg Card
Dallas is offering the finder of the card the following trade package:
– Two Mavericks season premium lower level tickets for 32 years.
– A signed, game-worn Flagg rookie jersey plus a postgame photo with the star.
– A road trip experience to see the Mavericks face the Boston Celtics with round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations and game tickets covered.
– A private photo shoot with the Rookie of the Year trophy and Larry O’Brien Trophy.
– a VIP tour of Dallas’ practice facility with a team meet-and-greet are also included.
– A “private basketball experience” for up to 10 guests at American Airlines Center.
But that’s not all. The terms of the deal are up for negotiation according to the Mavs. So whoever pulls the card could land even more than the listed package.
And considering the potential value of the card according to Sports Cards Investor founder Geoff Wilson, they might was to do just that.
“When Paul Skenes’ sold for $1.11 million last year, that really opened collectors up to the potential of rookie debut patch autograph cards,” Wilson said. “I said when Flagg has one and it sells, it’ll exceed that, maybe $1.5 million.”
Still, even the lucky finder of the card doesn’t want to haggle, that’s one heck of a deal that Dalas is offering.
