Dalvin Cook’s Social Media Activity Hints At Where He Could Be Headed

Free agent running back Dalvin Cook is one of the most highly-prized free agents that remains on the market, and as a result, virtually all of the NFL world is currently wondering where the Pro Bowl tailback will wind up.

Cook, however, appears like he isn’t hiding where he’d like to wind up as he recently shared a tweet that sees New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin making the case for him to join Gang Green.

If Cook — who has rushed for over 1,100 yards in each of his last four seasons — did join the New York Jets, he’d certainly be a massive boost to an offense that already features future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers, promising second-year running back Breece Hall, offensive rookie of the year wide receiver Garrett Wilson, and veteran weapons such as Allen Lazard, Mecole Hardman Jr., Randall Cobb, Corey Davis, C. J. Uzomah, and Conklin.

Rodgers, of course, is the key to this whole experiment as his acquisition has made the Jets, who haven’t made the playoffs since the 2010 season — the longest drought in the entire national football league — one of the betting favorites to win next year’s Super Bowl.

As of late June, the Jets are one of the top seven favorites to lift the Lombardi Trophy at the conclusion of the 2023 season, with their odds only trailing that of the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, and the Dallas Cowboys.

If the Jets are going to make a run to their first Super Bowl since 1969, they’re certainly going to have their work cut out for them as they aren’t even the favorites to win their own division, which is currently expected to be claimed by Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills for the fourth consecutive season.
