Damian Lillard recently requested a trade from the Portland Trail Blazers and everyone is just waiting to see which team acquires the superstar point guard.
In the meantime, it appears the fanbase is down bad. Like, really bad. They’re in complete and total shambles.
One video went viral Sunday that may just prove how sad Trail Blazer fans are right now.
It’s not known if the clip is real, or staged. Regardless, it’s absolutely hilarious.
Somebody was simply trying to order coffee through the drive-through and the employee was heard pouring his heart out over Damian Lillard’s trade request. Watch it below!

At least the employee had the wherewithal to make sure he wasn’t holding the line up. But still, that’s just a great example of how sad the fanbase is right now.
Although this video is hilarious, it’s easy to understand why fans are so upset over this situation.
Damian Lillard was drafted by Portland in 2012 and has been their superstar point guard ever since. He’s averaged 25.2 points, 7.3 assists, and 4.8 rebounds per game throughout his career.
His 46.3 percent field goal percentage makes him one of the most efficient scorers in the NBA.
He’s been the face of the franchise for over 10 years and as of right now is the best Trail Blazer in the history of the organization.
Even so, he has no rings on his resume and the team is facing a potentially steep rebuild.
It makes sense why he’s finally ready to move on. But it’s going to take a while for Trail Blazer fans to accept it.
Trade news regarding Damian Lillard will happen any day now. So, keep an eye out for any updates. The Miami Heat are rumored to be all-in on acquiring him. But don’t rule out the other 28 teams in the league either.
