The NBA Draft is set for Thursday and we could be in store for some massive trades.

One team to keep an eye on is the Portland Trail Blazers, as they’re rumored to possibly trade Damian Lillard or the No. 3 pick.

With that said, the franchise certainly has a decision to make.

We’ve heard all of the reports about this situation by now, however, it sounds like we finally know what Lillard wants to do.

During a guest appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Shams Charania reports that Damian Lillard wants to stay in Portland, but ultimately, he’s letting the Trail Blazers make the final decision.

Here is Charania explaining what’s going on in Portland before getting side tracked by McAfee and his crew.

Damian Lillard might be the most loyal player in all of sports. The guy just refuses to give up on the Blazers.

Even so, the organization must decide what they want to do moving forward. The Trail Blazers will either trade the No. 3 pick for a superstar, or, trade Lillard for a haul of players and/or future picks.

It’s hard to determine what would be the best route for the team. So, we likely won’t know what they’re planning until the NBA Draft.

But one thing is clear, Lillard wants to stay in Portland. But, is that what the team wants?

Make sure to tune into the NBA Draft on Thursday night at 8 P.M. Eastern. You can watch the draft on ABC, ESPN, and the ESPN App.
