Conor McGregor is still a big money maker for the UFC despite not having fought in nearly five years.
On Saturday night, McGregor makes his long-awaited return to fight Max Holloway in Las Vegas.
During Thursday’s pre-fight press conference, White revealed that McGregor’s fight against Holloway would be “the biggest gate in UFC’s history.”

While speaking to ESPN, White revealed that the gate for UFC 329 would be $25 million, surpassing UFC 306’s $22 million gate.
“The Conor McGregor effect is huge. Our biggest gate ever was The Sphere at $22 million. This gate beat it at $25 million. So it’s the biggest gate in UFC history.”

McGregor hilariously reacted to the news about his gate numbers.
“I’m back to knock the dust off those red panties, baby. Tell the wife, baby, we did it, McGregor’s home.
