The Las Vegas Raiders are having a terrible season so far. That was proven yet again after the team suffered a brutal loss to the Indianapolis Colts. With nearly everyone piling on Josh McDaniels as a head coach, superstar wide receiver Davante Adams reveals why he thinks the team continues to struggle.

According to Pro Football Talk, the Raiders’ superstar wide receiver seemed to be on the same page as Derek Carr after the loss. The veteran quarterback was emotional and stated, “he wishes ‘everybody in that room felt the same way about this place’ that he does.” Davante Adams said something similar.

“Just don’t have enough guys that are fully bought in. I don’t think people are like, you know, ‘F what [McDaniels] is talking about’ or ‘I’m going against the grain.’ It’s just a matter of executing when it’s time. . . . It means playing a complete game, every minute of the game, giving it everything you’ve got. . . . It’s doing your job and making the plays when you’re called on and get the opportunities, and we just don’t do that at a high enough level right now.” – Davante Adams

Although Davante Adams had another monster performance, it wasn’t enough for the Raiders to win the game. It’s a tough look for this franchise. Especially considering they lost to Jeff Saturday who made his coaching debut for the Colts.

We’ll have to see if the Raider can bounce back. Things aren’t looking great for Josh McDaniels, as the team keeps finding ways to lose. Maybe Davante Adams and Derek Carr can light a fire under their teammates.

Until then, Las Vegas may continue to struggle throughout the 2022 season.
