Recently, Davante Adams’ opinions have led to growing speculation about his future with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Yesterday, he decided to give his thoughts on a new topic.

Adams revealed his list of the top 5 wide receivers in the NFL.

As you would expect, Adams has himself right where he belongs in the top spot on the list.

He believes that the 2nd spot is shared by Tyreek Hill and Justin Jefferson.

Behind them he has Stefan Diggs at 3 and Calvin Ridley at 4.

Then he has another spot split between two receivers with Mike Evans and CeeDee Lamb sharing the final spot on the list.

There are certainly some surprises on his list.

The first has to be the inclusion of Calvin Ridley. While he is absolutely a talented receiver and was one of the top players at the position in his last full season, we haven’t even seen him on the field in a year and a half and he hadn’t looked great in the games he played in 2021.

The next is that the list doesn’t include Cooper Kupp or Ja’Marr Chase.

Kupp is just a year removed from nearly becoming the first receiver in history to hit 2000 yards. He was once again putting up the best numbers in the league through the first half of the season before he suffered an injury.

Chase has only been in the league for two years, but they’ve been two very impressive years. He had 1455 yards as a rookie and then only needed 12 games to top 1K again in year 2.

Mike Evans has been one of the league’s most consistent receivers, racking up 1000 yards in every season of his career, but hasn’t had a truly elite season in years.

At least Davante Adams is keeping things interesting amid the trade rumors.
