Everything that Deion Sanders touches turns to gold these days, and his sponsors love him for it.
Earlier this week, Sanders was involved in a beef with Colorado State head coach Jay Norvell after Norvell called him out for wearing sunglasses everywhere.
“When I talk to grown-ups, I take my hat off and my glasses off,” said Norvell.
Sanders has since made Norvell’s comments bulletin board material and is making the Colorado vs. Colorado State game “personal.”
Deion Sanders responds to comments made from Colorado State HC Jay Norvell:
“It was just gonna be a good game, but they done messed around and made it … PERSONAL."

According to sports business reporter Joe Pompliano, Sanders has a deal with an eyewear company and has made a ton of money during his beef with rival coach Norvell.
After Norvell’s comments went viral, Sanders’ custom shades with Blenders Eyewear reportedly did $1.2 million in sales in one day.
Deion Sanders recently launched a line of custom sunglasses with Blenders Eyewear.
So when the Colorado St. head coach commented on him wearing them during interviews, Sanders took advantage.
Coach Prime handed them out to the entire team, which went viral on social media. And… pic.twitter.com/3kw9tPpYGQ
