Tennessee Titans star running back Derrick Henry had his best NFL season in 2020, where he had his most touchdowns (17) and most yards (2027), which is a Titans franchise record. But Henry doesn’t appear to be complacent with his fantastic season. Henry is spending the offseason grinding in the gym and doing an insane workout.
The 27-year-old Henry was in the gym doing the most preposterous pushups you’ve ever seen. Henry, who was the Associated Press Offensive Player of the Year, AFC Offensive Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year by the Professional Football Writers of America, and won the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Year award, shows he is a beast in the gym with a ridiculous way of doing pushups.
Preparing for the 2021 campaign, Henry is seen in the weight room balancing on a yoga ball while dripping a resistance band. And if doing pushups on a yoga ball while gripping a resistance band wasn’t crazy enough, Henry has a huge chain around his neck. This is quite the core exercise.

Henry is definitely going to mow down defenders in 2021.
