You’d Think Donna Kelce Was A Controversial Politician Based On The Absurd Police Escort Following Her Around (VIDEO)

Tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup is not only a rematch of last year’s Super Bowl, but it’s also the latest edition of the Kelce Bowl, as tight end Travis Kelce plays for the Kansas City Chiefs while center Jason Kelce plays for the Eagles.

This latest version of the Kelce Bowl has taken on even bigger significance given the involvement of Taylor Swift, both due to her current relationship with Travis and her ties to Philadelphia.

Last week, reports indicated that the Swift family would actually be meeting the Kelce family at Monday night’s game. Due to weather issues in Brazil — which is where Swift was recently putting on her Eras Tour — it appears as though the pop megastar will not be in attendance.

Donna Kelce, though, will be in the building to support her two sons, as evidenced by the fact that she was spotted in Kansas City earlier today wearing her famed half Chiefs/half Eagles jersey.

If you didn’t know anything about Donna and the Kelce family, however, you’d be forgiven for thinking that she’s actually some sort of controversial politician based on the absurd police escort that was following her around on Monday.

If Taylor Swift doesn’t show up to the game, it’ll certainly be a blow for ESPN, who has spent an embarrassing amount of their airtime this fall discussing Swift and her relationship with Kelce, complete with endless puns about the names of her songs.

With just a few hours to go until kickoff, the Chiefs — who got the better of the Eagles in last year’s Super Bowl by a score of 38-35 — are favored over the Birds by 2.5 points.
