NFL free agency kicked off with a bang on Monday when several of the game’s biggest stars found new homes.
Perhaps the biggest among them was superstar running back Saquon Barkley, who signed with the Philadelphia Eagles after spending the first six years of his career with the rival New York Giants.
Philadelphia fans were overjoyed with the move. Including one fan who was so ecstatic that he felt the need to personally thank the Eagles’ front office.

The video comes from TikTok via the account xklusive.dre and shows the man calling the number for the team’s offices.
When what we can only imagine is a secretary or receptionist picks up, the fan immediately begins to praise the organization.
This is how the conversation went:
Eagles rep: “Eagles front office, how may I help you?”
Fan: “Hi, listen, I’ve been a lifelong Eagles fan. My name is Jeremiah and I just want to I give y’all a round of applause, bro.
“I don’t know who is in charge of giving people raises, but if you want to connect me to them, I want to put in a good word, bro. I see what ya’ll did bringing Saquon home.
“The last few years, I ain’t know what ya’ll was doing, but when they hired you…I appreciate you, bro. I really do — personally you.”
Hilariously, the staffer then thanks the caller for praising him.
To which the fan replies “you’re very welcome, brother. I don’t know if ya’ll do training and are recording the conversations — Send this one up. ‘Cause you did it. Five stars. Five stars, bro. Have a blessed day.”
Honestly, it was an extremely wholesome interaction. Hopefully, the staff member enjoyed the interaction. We’re sure they’ve probably gotten plenty of calls that go the other way.
So this was a nice change of pace.
