Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts walked off during a recent press conference following questions about his injury.

After a reporter asked about Hurts about his injured left knee, asking if it felt any better or worse, Hurts simply smirked, got up and left the room.

The situation doesn’t appear too serious, but it’s just less than ideal when the starting quarterback choses to dodge questions about an injury. Even a simply saying that things are fine would have been enough.

Hurts continues to start for the Eagles despite the injury, helping them reach a 7-1 record.

In their latest game against the Commanders, Hurts a strong game. He threw 4 touchdowns and managed to avoid interceptions for the first time in four games. Hurts even earned Player of the Week honors after the 38-31 win.

Over his past two games, Hurts totaled 6 touchdowns with 598 yards, and only thrown 1 interception.

Hurts reportedly had to undergo an hour-long treatment on his injured knee following the Commanders game, according to Philadelphia Inquirer’s Mike Sielski.

In a previous media session, Hurts made it clear that he didn’t want to discuss his knee injury: “I told you guys I really don’t wanna speak on it anymore.”

The Eagles take on the Cowboys on Week 9, in what should be a big NFC East showdown.
