Aaron Judge, who is currently in the middle of contract negotiations with the team, was put on the spot about his future as a Yankee, and it led to an extremely uncomfortable live TV moment.
Before Tuesday’s All-Star game, ESPN reporter Marly Rivera shared a story with Judge about a child named Jacob who was upset that the slugger may leave the team. Rivera asked Judge what he would say to Jacob in an incredibly awkward exchange on live TV.

“Jacob, buddy, we’ve got a lot of great Yankees on this team. There are a lot of great Yankees who will be here for a long time, so don’t be upset,” “Hopefully, you’ll be a Judge fan for life.”
Fans had interesting reactions to Judge’s reaction to Rivera’s question.
