26-year old Frankie Perez was impressive on Sunday night beating UFC veteran Sam Stout via KO in 54 seconds. But as it turns out Perez’s first UFC win of his career would also be his last as he decided to tell his trainers right after the fight that he was retiring because he had already accomplished his dream and didn’t want to put his family through the grind anymore.
Props to Frankie Perez, he’s still young enough that he can do whatever he wants going forward.
