Skip Bayless hates LeBron James so much that he got duped by a fake quote while trying to take down the Lakers superstar.

After LeBron got into a heated verbal confrontation with the now infamous “Courtside Karen” Juliana Carlos on Monday night, a fake quote of LeBron mocking Carlos and her husband by saying he thought they were “father and daughter” went viral on social medial.

During Tuesday’s edition of Undisputed, Bayless used the fake quote in a segment that questioned whether LeBron was allowing fans to distract him too much during games.

Here’s what LeBron actually said during his postgame press conference after the game.

I didn’t think they should’ve been kicked out, but they might’ve had a couple of drinks, maybe, and they could’ve probably kept it going and the game wouldn’t have been about the game anymore, so the referees did what they had to do.”

It’s pretty wild that Bayless was once a respected journalist writing for various prestigious newspapers before becoming a professional hot take artist.
