Will Levis had a rough weekend as the NFL Draft put the nail in his hypothetical coffin as the starting quarterback for the Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile, some of his teammates allegedly hung out with his ex-girlfriend, Gia Duddy.
Oof.
Before we go any further here, I can only go off of the information that was provided to me— both by boots on the ground and a post to X from a Nashville resident. I do not know the exact details of the arrangement. Just to cover my bases, I do not know for absolute certain that there is more to this story.
However, the optics of this scenario are not ideal for the former second round quarterback.
Levis is going to either serve as the backup quarterback to Cam Ward next season, get cut or get traded. Barring unforeseen circumstance, his time as QB1 is officially over. Tennessee drafted his replacement with the No. 1 overall pick. He finished 5-16 in 21 starts over two years. Not great.
If that was not bad enough, Levis was benched during the worst game of his career while Duddy was in attendance at Nissan Stadium for the first time since their breakup. Brutal.
To make matters worse, she allegedly hung out with some of his teammates just hours after the Titans picked Cam Ward. They were spotted together— or at least, adjacent — at Barstool Nashville over the weekend. For some reason, Barstool is the go-to “seen and be seen” club in Music City. Even for locals.
Gia Duddy first went viral during the NFL Draft in 2023. She sat alongside Levis in the green room during his slide into the second round.
They broke up a few months later, right after she moved from Pennsylvania to Tennessee. Duddy still lives in town. As does Levis, obviously.
According to R.J. Ellison, Duddy was at Barstool on Broadway on Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Titans defenders T’Vondre Sweat, Jeffrey Simmons and Arden Key were there too.
I cannot say for sure that Levis’ teammates were there with Duddy. I also did not get eyes on Duddy at Barstool for myself because I was not downtown on Saturday but I did hear through the grapevine that she was there. So this is mostly second-hand or even third-hand sourcing. I digress.
Sweat, Simmons and Key were at the same club as Duddy on the same weekend that her ex-boyfriend and their teammate was officially replaced as the franchise quarterback. Gia Duddy still follows T’Vondre Sweat on Instagram so it is possible that they were there “together.” She follows only 964 people.
Assuming this went down as #sources say, Will Levis had a terrible weekend. He got demoted indefinitely while his teammates hung out in the same club as (and with?) the woman he used to date.
