Giannis Antetokounmpo Suffers Worrying Leg Injury Weeks Before Playoffs

Milwaukee Bucks fans are worried for Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The NBA playoffs start in ten days, and things aren’t looking good for the Bucks star.

On Tuesday night, the Bucks faced off against the Celtics in a nationally televised game.

In the third quarter of the game, Antetokounmpo went down with a non-contact leg injury while dribbling the ball up the court.

The Bucs superstar stayed on the ground for a few minutes before being helped to the locker room by his teammates.

It’s currently unclear what type of injury Giannis suffered but it’s always worrying when a player goes down with a non-contact injury.

Update: The team says Giannis has a left calf strain but did not disclose the severity of the injury or if he would miss time.
