New York Giants wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins revealed that he played with a foot fracture during the NFC Wild Card Round game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Despite the painful injury, Hodgins delivered a remarkable performance, leading his team to victory with a game-high 105 receiving yards on 8 catches and scoring a touchdown.
Hodgins discussed his injury during an episode of the 2nd Wind Podcast, recounting how his ankle was severely bruised and discolored before the crucial playoff game.
“If I have to run an in-cut, we gotta switch sides, I can’t plant that deep off this foot,” he admitted, highlighting the challenges he faced on the field due to the injury.
