The 16th hole at the WM Open always delivers, but this year the Par 3 has been the stage of some truly memorable moments.

The week began with Matt James of ‘The Bachelor’ fame nearly killing a cameraman with a shank. Then, Sam Ryder stepped up and made a hole-in-one on Saturday that caused the beer showers of all beer showers. Carlos Ortiz followed that up by hitting a hole-in-one of his own on Sunday morning, but maybe the most electric moment of the week came Sunday afternoon when two golfers decided to take their shirts off.

Harry Higgs and Joel Dahmen, two of the most laid back and likable guys on the PGA Tour, stepped up to the 16th hole well out of contention. That wasn’t going to keep them from having fun though.

Higgs rolled in a rather lengthy par putt and pulled his shirt over his head. It’s worth noting that the 30-year-old has the dad bod of all dad bods and everyone on-site absolutely loved it.

Dahmen wasn’t going to let Higgs have all the fun, so he decided to go full shirt off and waved his top around his head to give the crowd what they really wanted.

Both Dahmen and Higgs made par on the short Par 3, but based on the fan reaction alone, you would’ve thought they each aced the hole.

Higgs and Dahmen ripping their shirts off and getting a massive cheer and beer shower from the gallery is what makes this hole so special.

The 16th at the WM Open is the one hole on the planet that virtually anything is acceptable, it’s the party of all parties in golf.

These guys aren’t doing this at the Masters or U.S. Open, they’re embracing the environment and having fun, and that’s awesome.
