The Indiana Fever deleted a video of Caitlin Clark dancing
It’s been a tough week for the social media managers of the WNBA. Just days after the league’s official account shared a video of Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese that had to be deleted, the Indiana Fever’s account had to pull down a video of Caitlin Clark.
Unlike the video of Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese — which showed the pair making a friendly wager and agreeing to play each other for $400 during the All-Star Game — the video of Caitlin Clark didn’t violate any league rules.
The Indiana Fever deleted a video of Caitlin Clark dancing after she called them out on social media
The video of Clark, though, came down after the All-Star guard herself called out the team for posting it.
“Now why would we post this,” Clark commented on the video of her dancing before it was taken down.

In general, it’s been a messy season for the WNBA, as the league continues to generate unwanted headlines. Just this week, for example — in addition to the Bueckers/Reese gambling video –n Seattle Storm minority owner Celeste Keaton was also suspended for five games for a five games after she admonished two teenage girls holding signs in support of Sophie Cunningham’s recent comments on transgender athletes.
During her third season in the WNBA, Clark is averaging 21.5. points, 7.9 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game. She’s also broken numerous records this season.
In the last few weeks alone, Clark has become tied for the most 30-point, five-assist performances in the regular season in WNBA history, the fastest player in WNBA history with at least 500 points and 150 assists in a single season, and the first player in WNBA history to achieve 40+ points and 10+ assists in a single game.
