Many are looking forward to who Jake Paul may fight next after defeating Anderson Silva via unanimous decision.

Well, another UFC legend called out Paul for a boxing match. However, the YouTuber-turned-boxer shut it down completely. From there, he hints at his future plans in boxing.

According to MMA Junkie, Donald Cerrone called out Jake Paul for a boxing match. Even so, it was rather short-lived as Paul wants no part of the Cowboy. The popular YouTube figure claims he’s “kind of tired of beating these old dudes.” With that said, he then hints at his potential future in boxing. “I’m just trying to get someone in there who is younger, but they’re all scared.”

If that’s the case, then fight fans may finally get their wish to watch Jake Paul take on someone who isn’t out of their prime. He has a 6-0 record in the ring, but most of his bouts are against aging UFC veterans. Perhaps a matchup against a younger boxer is in line for Paul.

We can only hope that’s the case. After six wins it’s time for Jake Paul to face an opponent who boxes full-time. Tommy Fury seems to fit the bill for who Paul is looking to fight. They’ve each shared some trash talk with one another, but a fight has yet to come to fruition.

With that said, keep an eye on Jake Paul, as there is no telling who he will face next in the boxing ring. Hopefully, he gets his wish and fights someone younger, but let’s just hope he faces an opponent who spends more time boxing than grappling.
