Jake Paul finally beat a pro boxer with an impressive performance.

Earlier this year, Paul said he was going to the more traditional route of fighting boxers instead of MMA fighters in hopes of moving up the boxing ranks.

“I want to take this more traditional boxing route of moving up into the rankings, fighting professionals, and taking the route to become world champion. Like the prospect of my caliber would be doing. We’re looking at some pro boxers, and they’re not gonna be big names. I want to challenge myself, continue to grow in this sport and get to the top of it.”

On Saturday, Paul fought professional boxer Andre August, who came in with a 10-1 pro record. and made quick work of his opponent with a first-round knockout.

After the KO, Paul stood over August and waved goodbye.
