Jameis Winston Throws Interception, Scores Touchdown In First NFL Game

Jameis Winston struggled coming out of the gate in his NFL debut going 0-3 and throwing an interception in the first quarter of the Bucs-Vikings preseason game.

After Winston’s slow start, he did settle down and made some nice plays like this 40 yard pass on 3rd and 14 to Vincent Jackson.

Later in the second quarter Winston was able to drive the Bucs down the field and scored off an 8 yard scramble run.

In the end, Winston was pretty average as he went 9 for 19 for 131 yards and one interception.

Bucs fans should be happy about how Jameis bounced back after his rough start and showed some of that mental toughness that carried him to national championship in FSU.
