We have another ridiculous James Harden story to report.

On Wednesday night, during the Clippers-Blazers game, Harden passed the ball to a wide-open Kawhi Leonard in the corner and then bizarrely ran up to block his teammate’s shot.

After the game, Harden was asked about what happened on the play and gave reporters a baffling answer.

Harden: “Tonight I tried to get guys involved and make it easy for them”

Reporter: “Did you think you were making things easier or harder for Kawhi when you contested that three in the corner?

Harden: “Gotta bring some excitement to this team, I think these last few weeks have been a fall for us, and I think it’s just me trying to create an energy and create a great vibe with this team, maybe it had been better if he had made the shot”

Fans were left confused by Harden’s defense on his own teammate.
