The San Francisco 49ers announced Saturday that running back and former Rugby league star Jarryd Hayne is being waived and Kendall Gaskins promoted to the active roster.

While Hayne was also listed as a running back he earned his roster spot as a punt returner with exciting returns in the preseason, but he struggled in the regular season fumbling the ball three times in eight attempts.
Hayne’s NFL career is likely over but at least we still have this highlight to remember him by.
