Paired together at the WGC-Dell Match Play, good pals Jason Dufner and Rickie Fowler had some fun today on the first tee, when Dufner outdrove Fowler, and then flexed as if he had just defeated the fucking Hulk or something.

Fowler, who’s ranked 29th on the PGA Tour in driving distance with an average of 301.8 yards, watched his 274-yard drive come up about 25 yards short of Dufner’s, who sits at No. 90 in the same stat with a 291.5-yard average, so it was probably a little embarrassing.
Or maybe it was a wake up call, because Rickie came out firing the next few holes, even driving the green on the par-4 fifth, which measures at 370 yards.
Sneaky long.

According to Shane Bacon’s Twitter account, Fowler even smashed one 410 yards on the 12th hole later.

So, yeah, probably wasn’t smart to poke the Fowler beast, Jason Dufner!
