The Jets lost in heartbreaking fashion on Sunday, but rookie Brandin Echols was pretty hyped to meet Tom Brady after the game.
Before halftime of Sunday’s Jets-Bucs game, Echols intercepted Brady on an underthrown pass.

Unfortunately for Echols and the Jets, Brady would orchestrate a masterful drive in the final minute to win the game.

Echols asked Brady to sign his interception ball despite the crushing loss, which didn’t sit well with Jets fans.

I think its pathetic that a player, Brandin Echols in this case, would ask another player (Brady) for an autograph on field after a game they just lost. Beyond pathetic. Grow up dude.

Echols just asked Brady for an autograph… are you kidding me. SO BAD.

And he follows that up by literally signing an autograph on the field for a Jets defender.
Brandin Echols has to get ripped apart in the locker room for that. You can’t let Tom Brady do that to you and then ask for his autograph pic.twitter.com/YfZ9vSAmeN

Did I really see a Jets player meet Brady at midfield 5 seconds after the game ended and ask him to autograph a football? That is embarrassing. Jets should cut that player immediately. https://t.co/NT1DN92vYJ
