Jimmy Butler’s play in the opening round of the playoffs is cementing him as a Miami Heat legend before our very eyes.
However, the court isn’t the only place where he’s winning fans over.
During his post-game press conference, a reporter asked Jimmy Butler about the Heat’s upcoming matchup against the New York Knicks.
But things quickly went south when the reporter accidentally said Game 1 was taking place on Saturday.
Butler took the time to correct him but then followed it by dunking on the poor guy for no good reason. Here’s the clip from Bleacher Report.
Jimmy Butler to reporter who mistakenly said Game 1 of the Heat-Knicks series was Saturday:
“Don’t we play on Sunday? … Look at you, do your job.” 😅 pic.twitter.com/55M1UO1dyx

I don’t know about you, but the way Jimmy Butler said, “Look at you. Do your job,” makes me want to work harder and I’m not even the guy he’s talking to.
Regardless, the Heat star is winning fans over for this interaction.

Sounds like Butler likes to poke fun at the local reporters.

In the end, Jimmy Butler is out here having fun dunking on players and reporters.
Either way, Heat fans are loving this playoff run so far. Make sure to catch Sunday’s game, as Miami aims to cool down the red-hot Knicks.
