Prime Johnny Manziel was a sight to behold. He’s arguably the most exciting college football player we’ve ever seen.

However, the parties, the lack of motivation, and everything else in between resulted in a short career in the NFL.

Regardless, he seems to be doing well for himself as a documentary about him is set for release later in August.

Despite that, it sounds like the former Texas A&M star is making another career move, as Johnny Manziel is reportedly opening a nightclub bar at College Station.

According to The Eagle, he “is a part of an ownership group set to soon open a nightclub and bar with his namesake at Northgate.”

The name of establishment will be “Johnny Manziel’s Money Bar.” Is that not the most fitting name? The Eagles shares more details about where exactly Manziel and his business partners plan to build the bar.

“The former Texas A&M quarterback and 2012 Heisman Trophy winner is part of a group of owners that will open ‘Johnny Manziel’s Money Bar’ at 115 College Main Street. Co-owner J.D. Ybanez told The Eagle on Tuesday they hope to have the bar open by A&M’s season opener against New Mexico on Sept. 2.”

Say what you want about Johnny Manziel but opening up a nightclub with his name on it in the middle of College Station might be the best business decision he will ever make.

Not only will students go in and have a good time, but all of the alma maters who attended Texas A&M during Manziel’s reign will want to attend as well.

Additionally, the timing is just impeccable. His documentary will be out for several weeks before the nightclub even opens.

I don’t know about you, but I have a feeling this place is going to be packed early and often. With that said, if you’re anywhere near College Station, look for the club to open on or around September 2.
