One thing fight fans love to do is debate and discuss super fights. However, there is one that could actually come to fruition.

Recently, Dana White hyped up the possibility of Jon Jones facing Tyson Fury in the Octagon.

Although that’s an exciting matchup, White’s comments were criticized by PFL’s Jake Paul and Francis Ngannou.

The UFC President was asked about a possible Jones-Fury matchup. Dana White enthusiastically hyped it up and seems incredibly open to the idea of bringing Tyson Fury into the UFC to fight Jon Jones.

Here’s what he had to say, per MMA Junkies.

From the sounds of it, Fury and his team just have to agree to fight in the UFC and this bout could be in the making.

Even so, White was blasted by Jake Paul and Francis Ngannou. Paul made sure to remind White of Ngannou’s status in the fighting world. He also claims the UFC President is trying to “steal away attention from Francis joining PFL.”

On top of that, Francis Ngannou reacted to Dana White’s comments as well, calling out Tyson Fury himself.

As of right now, Ngannou is in a favorable situation to face Fury in the boxing ring.

Despite that, Dana White seems wildly intrigued by the idea of having Tyson Fury crossover to the UFC to fight Jon Jones.

We’ll see how it plays out, but this should be something to monitor moving forward.

Jones is set to take on Stipe Miocic later in 2023. Meanwhile, Ngannou is supposed to partake in a boxing match this year and get back in the cage sometime in 2024. Meanwhile, Fury is aiming for a boxing match in December.
