Two-time PGA Tour winner and 21-year-old human being, Jordan Spieth, just purchased a home in the same Dallas neighborhood as Mark Cuban and other Dallas celebrities. Spieth has earned a ton-o-cash on the course since turning pro in 2012 ($10.1 million) and he recently inked a 10-year deal with Under Armour, so the $2.3 million sticker price of the house shouldn’t really cause him to bat and eye or curb his spending.
Must be nice.

You know what else is nice? Jordan’s new crib. Not exactly the shithole I was secretly hoping it would be just so I could feel better about where my life is at.
