Jordan Travis Drops NIL Merch Line To Support New Starting QB

Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis is helping out teammate Tate Rodemaker with a new line of merchandise on his NIL brand. The injured passer has gone all in on supporting his team’s new starting signal caller.

Travis led the Seminoles to a perfect 10-0 record, but he suffered a gruesome broken leg in a matchup against North Alabama.

Now, Rodemaker will take over under center with the tall task of leading the ‘Noles to a College Football Playoff appearance. The junior will get the start in FSU’s rivalry game against Florida, as well as the ACC title game.

If he can pick up a pair of wins, he’ll help his team book a ticket to the CFP. A loss, though, likely ends any national championship aspirations the Seminoles have.

Travis is doing his best to support the new starter both on and off the field.

This week, he unveiled a new merchandise line that will specifically benefit Rodemaker’s bank account.

On3 broke the news of this merch release, noting that all profits from Travis’s “18ELIEVE” apparel design will go to the new starting passer.

Other designs include “FIN13H” and FINISHFOR13.”

Jordan Travis’s NIL brand went viral earlier this season after he released a line of “Tiger King” apparel following the Seminoles’ victories over Clemson and LSU.

Rodemaker is a former three-star recruit that signed with the ‘Noles in the class of 2020. The fourth-year player from Valdosta, GA has seen action 22 college games, posting a 60% completion percentage while throwing for 767 yards, seven touchdowns, and five interceptions.

Last week, he went 13-for-23, racking up 217 yards and two scores after filling in for Travis. He was thrust into a similar situation last year against Louisville where he led FSU to a come-from-behind win.

Entering that ’22 game with the Seminoles trailing by seven points, Rodemaker used a big second half to bring his team back. FSU would win 35-31 thanks to a pair of fourth quarter touchdown passes.
