Kayla Simmons is becoming a cultural phenomenon. The former Marshall University Thundering Herd volleyball star is everywhere in the news.
A simple google search of her name will bring up results from some of the biggest publications in the world, including here at BroBible.
That’s due in part to her incredibly wide reach on social media. Kayla Simmons has recently reached 1 million followers on Instagram, and is just over 150,000 short of that number on TikTok. And, if you check those two pages out, it’s not hard to figure out why that is.
She’s not just all good looks, though. Kayla Simmons was a key player for the Marshall Thundering Herd volleyball team from 2014-2017. She received significant playing time as a setter, which in volleyball is like the quarterback of the attack. She had over 1500 assists her first three seasons, though for some reason stats are unavailable for her senior season. Still, she was no bench warmer for the Conference USA program.
