New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce (Presented by Wave Sports + Entertainment)
The Kelce Brothers were unable to come to an agreement on the lates episode of their New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce (Presented by Wave Sports + Entertainment) podcast when new Eagles running back Saquon Barkley asked Jason and Travis Kelce who would win in a drinking contest.
Travis was quick to respond, saying he is “pretty sure” that he’s beaten his brother Jason the last “3 to 5 times” they had a chug off. But Jason Kelce denies losing to his little brother at all. Jason chimed in immediately saying “this is completely made up” before demanding to know what constitutes a ‘drinking contest’ in the eyes of Saquon Barkley… Is it chugging? Most drinks consumed? Last man standing? A game of beer pong?
Travis Kelce was completely taken aback. The dude looked like he just saw a puppy get hit by a car when his brother Jason claimed Travis was lying about winning their recent drinking contests. Here is the moment:
Saquon clarifies “chugging and then just like toe to toe” which doesn’t really narrow it down a ton but he added “who’s calling it quits.” Also, Jason Kelce’s listed weight is 282 pounds while Travis is listed at 250. So Jason has a solid 30+ pounds on his younger brother.
At that point, Travis Kelce was able to admit his brother would probably drink more than him. Jason said “I can definitely drink more volume. I don’t even think that’s a question.” Once again, Travis Kelce felt his drinking prowess was under attack. He threw out an exaggerated “whaaaaaat?”
Travis then called out his brother, saying his weight is already down to 260 and claimed they’re basically in the same weight class at the moment. This might be true given Travis Kelce’s ‘dad bod’ that was seen on his beach vacation with Taylor Swift recently.
What do you all think? Who would win in a Kelce Brothers drinking contest, Travis or Jason? My money would be on Jason as the larger and older brother. But they’re both such hyper-competitive athletes they might actually damage their bodies in a proper contest.
