Kevin Durant dealt with a pair of unruly fans in Dallas Thursday night ahead of a matchup against the Mavericks. The Suns star confronted the duo, who threw expletives his way upon entering the court, giving them a piece of his mind on the name calling.

While he was visibly upset by the insult, KD refused to have the couple removed from the crowd. Instead, he showed class and kept security from kicking them out of the arena.

We’ve seen others who haven’t had that same reaction, one of whom plays for the Mavericks.

In a January contest that fittingly came against the Suns, Luka Doncic had a fan Phoenix fan removed from his seats after a string of constant heckling. Most notably, the attendee attacked the guard’s physical fitness.

Others have done the same, including Kyrie Irving – a former teammate of Durant’s.

And then there are those who’ve tried to get a fan removed but failed.

Durant took the trash talk in stride, at least as much as his pride would allow.

Security was reportedly on their way to make the fans leave their seats, which appeared to be relatively close to the floor. Durant refused to kick them out, though, informing the crew to leave them be.

While he did allow them to stay and enjoy the game, he did speak his mind. And as expected, the duo quickly at their words, with one even attempting to shake the superstar’s hand.

Kevin Durant wouldn’t give them that satisfaction, and you can bet the fans won’t insult him the next time around – at least not to his face!
