On Sunday, the Brooklyn Nets shook up the NBA world by finally getting rid of Kyrie Irving and trading him to the Dallas Mavericks.

According to reports, the 30-year-old Irving — who will be an unrestricted free agent this summer — will make his debut for the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Clippers. At this time, the Mavs are sixth in the NBA’s Western Conference with a 28-26 record.
Following his trade to Dallas, Irving took to Twitter to post a seemingly celebratory message as he said he’s going to be “pouring libations for all of the ancestors and the universe.”
