A video of LaMelo Ball's penthouse is going viral for its juvenile aesthetic
New Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star guard LaMelo Ball has certainly never been accused of being mature beyond his years, especially given how often he was seen speeding dangerously around Charlotte in various extravagant vehicles. The extent of his apparent immaturity, however, was recently highlighted by a viral video of his penthouse in Charlotte.
LaMelo Ball, 24 years old, was traded from the Charlotte Hornets to the Minnesota Timberwolves back in July in a four-team trade that saw the Hornets acquire Naz Reid, Mouhamadou Gueye, the draft rights to Matteo Spagnolo, and draft considerations in exchange.

As a result of the trade, Ball is moving from Charlotte to Minnesota, as evidenced by a video shared by a mover who is helping to pack up his penthouse.

The video shared by the alleged mover quickly went viral on social media for its juvenile aesthetic, with Ball being clowned on for his taste and use of his money.
“This is what the inside of Lil Uzi Vert’s brain must look like,” one viral tweet joked.
“Cut all NBA salaries by 99%,” a second cracked.
“He lives in one of those NYC weed shops that have artwork of Rick & Morty hitting the wax rig lmao,” a third summarized.

Ball was not only traded to the Wolves this year but also gave birth to his first son alongside his partner Analicia “Ana Montana” Chaves. They named him “LaOne.” He is averaging 20.8 points, 7.3 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game since being drafted with the third overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.
