LaVar Ball is basically the DJ Khaled of the basketball world in the sense that he’s mostly famous for loudly yelling about being the best (despite objective facts to the contrary) who largely relies on other people to shoulder the majority of the actual workload while bragging about his son— or, in Ball’s case, sons. He’s also managed to make millions of dollars thanks to social media largely thanks to Ball in the Familythe Facebook series following the wacky hijinks of him and his family— including LiAngelo and LaMelo’s short stint in Lithuania.

LaMelo didn’t see the floor much during his time in Europe and wasn’t exactly loved by his teammates, and since he disqualified himself from being able to play in the NCAA, he has to find a new home while LaVar plays 3D chess in an attempt to succeed in his attempt to get all of his sons to play for the Lakers some day.

On the latest episode of Ball in the Family, LaVar it was revealed LaMelo might end up back in Europe to play for Asseco Gdynia in the Polish Basketball League. He took a tour with his son to see what the team has to offer and he seemed pleased with what he saw, saying:

“To me, this Polish team I think is going to be right for Melo. The next move could be here … The facility looks amazing: nice, big offices, weight rooms, and nutritional rooms, it just got a better, professional feel about it.”

Everyone knows having big offices translates to having a good basketball team, so things look pretty promising based on that fact alone.
