41-year-old LeBron James appears to be the hottest free agent in the NBA.
Last week, James announced that he was leaving the Lakers and was looking to sign with a new team that would contend for a championship.
“The bottom line is LeBron James and the Lakers just simply didn’t see eye to eye on what it meant to try to compete for a championship. Essentially, to try to compete at the highest levels,” Charania said on SportsCenter. “LeBron James makes the decision six hours before the start of free agency to let the Lakers know that he is moving on.”
James has not named any potential team that he would like to sign with, but according to his agent Rich Paul, nearly every team in the league is interested in signing him.
“The other day I said 10-12 teams reached out, as of today, outside of one organization, maybe two. I’ve heard from every team in the entire league.”
Rich Paul says everyone wants LeBron on their team:

Paul went on to break down which teams realistically have a shot at landing LeBron, including the Miami Heat, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Dallas Mavericks, the San Antonio Spurs, the New York Knicks, and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Paul also said that next season might not be LeBron’s final season in the NBA.
“Who says this is going to be his last year? He’s had that (documentary crew) for the last 4 years. No one said this is going to be his last year. Also, once he got the green light from Savannah and Zhuri, you can do whatever you want to do….. I’ve heard from, the other day I said 10-12 teams, I counted today. Outside of one organization, maybe two. I’ve heard from every organization in the league.”
Rich Paul hints that this might NOT be LeBrons last year in the league:
