The NBA finals series between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers isn’t over yet but the LeBron destination rumors are already getting out of control. Last night, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that LeBron and Paul George will most certainly have a conversation about teaming with the Lakers next season.

“the most intriguing scenario remains” the possibility that George would team up on the Lakers with Cavaliers star LeBron James, who can opt out of the final year of his contract after this season.

“That’s gonna be a conversation or conversations (George and James) are gonna have once we get toward July,”

During ESPN’s First Take this morning Stephen A. Smith casually dropped a bomb when he said that he’s hearing that LeBron would most definitely have a conversation with the Warriors this summer.

Smith also went to say that LeBron would also talk to the Celtics, Rockets and Sixers during free agency.

I wouldn’t doubt that the LeBron and the Warriors wouldn’t do their due diligence in the offseason and talk to each other but it’s highly unlikely that it will have happen because Golden State would likely have to lose two of their stars to make a LeBron signing happen. Get ready to hear a ton of crazy LeBron rumors over the summer because that’s what’s going to happen for the next month or so after the NBA finals.
