It’s been a while since we’ve seen LeBron James in action as he’s currently mending an injury.
Since then, the Los Angeles Lakers have been fighting to remain in the playoff hunt.
All eyes are on LA right now, as recent reports suggest James could return to action soon.
However, it turns out LeBron James wasn’t a fan of those reports, as he slammed the media. All while providing an injury update himself.
Adrian Wojnarowski and others indicated that the Lakers are optimistic that James could return soon.
There’s an increasing optimism that Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James could return to play “a few” games in the final week of the regular season, sources tell ESPN. James has been out since suffering a right foot tendon injury on February 26. https://t.co/3lYNX6MA2Z

Not long after this news surfaced, LeBron James took to Twitter and explained his situation. After providing his own injury report, he calls out the media and their “sources.”
There wasn’t an evaluation today and there hasn’t been any target date for my return. I’m just working around the clock, every day(3X a day) to give myself to best chance of coming back full strength whenever that is. God bless y’all sources. 🤦🏾♂️ I speak for myself!

Sheesh. Take that, reporters. Perhaps this will be a new trend moving forward, as we watched Aaron Rodgers call out the media during his appearance on the Pat McAfee Show.
With that said, as LeBron James points out, there is no current timetable for his return. However, he’s clearly doing everything possible to get back on the court as soon as possible.
