“LeBron Lies” memes are once again flooding social media following his latest NFL take. The basketball star said he knew the Lions would beat the Packers on Thursday Night Football, though he never made the prediction known publicly.

James has a history of making claims about rightfully forecasting future events. Of course, most of those assertions have come after the fact.

The “predictions” span across a number of topics, ranging from knowing Kobe would go off in his historic 81-point performance to listening to Migos before their rise to fame.

On Saturday, the latest foresight surfaced.

James teased the possibility of starting a weekly NFL pick ’em segment on his Instagram live feed. He then said he knew the Detroit would beat Green Bay last Thursday night, giving him a spotless 1-0 record before his first week of picks.

“Y’all know I love football,” he said. “With that said, I’m thinking about doing my picks of the week (NFL games) tomorrow on IG live before they start. I did pick Detroit over GB TNF. Anyways we’ll see.”

“LeBron Lies” memes immediately flooded the comments section.

“You gonna wait till after the games are over to show your picks I’m guessing?”

“LeCap is back.”

“I predicted the results last night but forgot to post them.”

We’ll see if LeBron decides to go through with his weekly NFL picks or if he’ll shut it down with a 100% hit rate.
