This Soccer Team Is Giving Fans FREE BEER For The Last Home Game Of 2015

This holiday season, fans of Leicester City are getting a present as unexpected as the team’s current standing atop the English Premier League table would’ve been coming into the season. Just as the soccer club rewarded its fans last season when the team narrowly escaped relegation from the same league it now inexplicably leads, Leicester City officials have again announced they will offer all of its of age fans FREE BEER for the side’s final home contest of 2015 when it takes on Manchester City on December 29th.

Talk about fan appreciation! What a sweet deal. Is it all you can drink?

Vice Chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha said: ‘2015 has been a wonderful year for our football club but we know that none of this would be possible without the incredible support of our fans.

‘They continue to inspire our players to greater things on the pitch and for that we want to say thank you.

‘Their loyalty and belief has helped to make 2015 a special year and we’re delighted that our friends at Singha Corporation will be helping us to give something back.

‘We know it will be a wonderful atmosphere inside King Power Stadium for our final fixture of the year and I hope all 30,000 of you enjoy raising a glass with us as we head into 2016 together.’ (via)

Now that’s the kind of ownership every sports fan can only dream of for their franchise! Well played, Mr. Srivaddhanaprabha! And while we’re at it and you’re obviously in the holiday spirit, just figured I’d ask – any interest in getting into football?

Acquiring the Philadelphia Eagles, perhaps?

Please.
