For five seasons from 2013 to 2017, Le’Veon Bell was one of the, if not the best, running backs in the NFL. Now he’s promoting the conspiracy theory that the world is flat.

It fits though. Since Le’Veon Bell decided to hold out for an entire season after reportedly being offered a two-year contract worth $30 million when the Steelers placed the franchise tag on him his life has been one bizarre move after another.

Instead of playing football in 2018, Bell, using the stage name “Juice”, he released a 16-song album on Soundcloud.

In 2019, Bell signed a four-year, $52.5 million contract with the New York Jets then held out during the pre-season.

In 2020, he was in the news for liking a tweet that suggested the Jets should trade him. After playing in just two games and gaining just 74 yards that season, New York released him instead and he signed with the Chiefs. He would start two games for Kansas City.

During his final season in the NFL, Bell played for both the Ravens and Buccaneers, rushing a combined 39 times for 101 yards.

In 2022 and 2023, Le’Veon Bell, who currently still on 32-years-old, stopped playing football and began boxing going 1-1 in his two pro fights and knocking out anther former NFL star running back, Adrian Peterson, in an exhibition bout.

Now, after hearing Logan Paul make fun of boxer Ryan Garcia for being a flat Earth believer on his podcast, Le’Veon Bell threw his hat in the conspiracy ring by claiming that he isn’t sure that the Earth isn’t flat.

“How you know the earth isn’t flat?” Bell wrote on X. “Ryan probably read that somewhere or somebody told him that, & he’s just believed it ever since .. Just like you believe earth is NOT flat, because they had those spheres in classrooms growing up, so you believe the earth is sphere shaped.

“But who’s actually right and who’s actually wrong? Lol you can’t prove the earth isn’t flat, just like you can’t prove that it is flat either.. It’s just a belief, you can’t sit here and say his ‘belief’ is wrong .. if that’s the case, whatever you believe in, is WRONG too then.”

A minute later, Bell showed a modicum of actual awareness of the facts with another post that read, “I’m not sayin I believe the earth is flat, i’m just sayin you can’t fault him for believing that .. it’s a lotta weird s— goin on in this world .. you’d be a fool to believe everything, at the same time you’d be a fool to believe nothing too.”

And on and on it went as Bell tried to debate his theory with people on X.
