USC head coach Lincoln Riley is being ridiculed on social media after posting an overcooked piece of tuna on his Twitter account. The grilling mishap is his second in recent memory, as he previously went viral for butchering a brisket.

College football fans have been quick to post reactions as they beg Riley to put the tongs down.

While still leading the Oklahoma Sooners, the coach was mercilessly mocked after posting a terrible looking Easter brisket dinner. Initially looking to showcase his meal to followers online, the holiday tweet immediately backfired.

“A cow died so this dude could murder it a second time…” one reply read. The majority of activity in the comments section was similar as Riley was absolutely roasted for the dried-out brisket.

The now-USC leader decided to give it another go this offseason, but unfortunately, he received the same response.

Lincoln Riley moved on from beef, taking his chances with a tuna steak this time around. He’s now gone 2-for-2 in the overcooked meat department.

Fans quickly blasted him.

One follower wrote, “Someone needs to tell Lincoln Riley to stop cooking.”

Another said, “Lincoln Riley still isn’t aware that there are lower settings on grills than ‘High’ apparently…”

Someone else commented, “I don’t trust this dude on the grill any more than I do with a defense.”

One Oklahoma fan said, “We defended the first one because we had to. Now it’s fair game, Coach.”

Luckily, the head coach’s skills as an offensive play caller far outweigh his abilities on the grill. USC is looking to get to the College Football Playoff in 2023 being led by Heisman trophy winner Caleb Williams.

While anticipation is high for the upcoming football season, this tuna debacle won’t have followers looking forward to Lincoln Riley’s next dinner post. Given another disappointing outcome, he might think twice before showcasing his next meal.
