If you’ve ever had to sit through a youth basketball game when the kids are no older than five years old you know just how brutal that time can be. You’re lucky to see more than five total baskets, none of the kids actually dribble the ball, and you’re stuck making small talk with people in the stand you don’t want to be making small talk with.

Sometimes though, about once every decade, something magical happens. That magical something happened this week thanks to a little kid going full Vince Carter and annihilating the rim with a dunk.

Did the refs miss a travel? Absolutely. Does that matter? Absolutely not.

It’s honestly great officiating as the ref clearly knew that this kid was on a mission and he wasn’t about to stop him from bringing the house down.

We need to give a huge shoutout to this youth basketball league for having the idea of letting these kids play on the iconic Fisher-Price goals. There’s nothing worse than watching little kids have to play on rims that they can barely shoot the ball up to. With the Fisher-Price goals, odds are you’re going to see a lot of points and even the occasional SportsCenter Top 10 worthy dunk.

While the dunk is the best part of the video, hearing the kid in the stands screaming at the top of their lungs for the kid to ‘go dunk it’ is phenomenal.
