The Little League World Series is nearly wrapped up and everyone is buzzing about this phenom who can pitch and hit like he’s Shohei Ohtani.

Fan Chen-Jun, a two-way player for Chinese Taipei, has been displaying elite-level skills throughout the tournament. So much so, that this kid might have a bright future ahead.

At 5-8, 162 pounds, Chen-Jun is a bit larger than most kids his age. Even so, the way he pitches the ball is on another level. Oh yeah. He can hit bombs too.

Here’s a quick clip of Jomboy Media breaking down Fan Chen-Jun’s skills at the Little League World Series.

This kid’s pitching is so good that Pitching Ninja broke it down on his YouTube channel.

And Chen-Jun is absolutely clutch at the plate too. Here he his blasting a three-run home run to help Chinese Taipei elongate its lead against Texas.

This kid is going berserk against his peers. It’s absolutely impressive to see someone so young display skills like he’s Shohei Ohtani at the Little League World Series.

With that said, many baseball fans can’t believe their eyes. Many just can’t believe that a 12-year old can be this dominant in the LLWS. This led to people sharing the well-known GIF from the film The Benchwarmers.

But overall, Fan Chen-Jun is playing at a level way ahead of his peers. The fact his pitches have real movement is insane to see.

Maybe one day we’ll hear about this in the Majors. But he still has a long way to go before that.
