Luka Doncic Apologizes For F-Bomb In Postgame Interview With More Profanity: ‘Ah S—‘

Luka Doncic apologizes in postgame interview

Bally Sports

Luka Doncic went off last night and made history by recording his 60th career triple-double but he achieved that feat before halftime, an accomplishment that most NBA players will never even sniff coming close to.

After the game, Luka Doncic gave an interview where he accidentally let an f-bomb slip. It happens all the time with athlete interviews. And we shouldn’t begrudged Luka because after all, Slovenian is his first language. What happened next was the entertaining part because Luka apologized for his profanity by using more profanity and then realized in real-time what just happened.

Luka Doncic on needing to win after dropping back-to-back games at home: “I said before the game, we just can’t f— around and uh… Ah s–….” He then rubs his eyes and apologizes to the man holding the microphone for what he’d just said, telling him “my bad.”

Honestly, there should be a rule that if an athlete has a career night they should be allowed to say anything they want on camera after the game, no holds barred. In Luka’s case, it’s not like little kids were up watching the post-game interview because it was pretty late.

Luka Doncic’s Incredible Night

Prior to his postgame interview gaffe, Luka spent just shy of 32 minutes on the court and made every second worth it. He shot 56% from the field, had 40 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds, and was 6-of-12 from beyond the 3-point arc. My man was on FIRE.

Sure, I might be biased as a Mavs fun but if Luka isn’t in the NBA MVP discussion months from now, in the words of Fred Durst I’ll be ready to Break Stuff.
