Mark Cuban Says He Would Seriously Consider Being Hillary Clinton’s Vice Presidential Running Mate If She Offered

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has openly joked about running for vice president just to so he could be able to call Donald Trump an idiot over and over again but it seems like he may have genuine interest in the position.

In an excerpt of an interview that will air on Sunday’s “Meet the Press” on NBC, Cuban was asked if he would listen if Clinton offered him the vice presidency.

“Absolutely,” If she’s willing to listen, if she’s willing to, you know, hear other sides of things, then I’m wide open to discussing it,”

Cuban went on to elaborate that he would only join Clinton if she moved closer to the center of the political spectrum.,

“The key would be she would have to go more to [the] center.

I like the fact that Senator Clinton has thought-out proposals. That’s a good thing because at least we get to see exactly where she stands. But I think Senator Sanders has dragged her a little too far to the left. Things like college tuition and other business elements that really I think could hurt the economy. If she’s willing to listen, if she’s willing to hear other sides of things, then I’m wide open to discussing it.

Cuban seems like a smart enough guy to be Vice President of the United States but i doubt the Clinton team would take a risk on a wildcard like him.
