Miami Hurricanes RB Allegedly Posed As A Cop, Groped A Woman And Had The Balls To Ask Victim For A Date

The Miami Hurricanes may have hired a new head football coach this offseason in Mark Richt, but it seems as if some of the same problems persist after the news that freshman running back Mark Walton was recently busted by cops—and you won’t believe the perverse act that caused his arrest.

After the 19-year-old Walton was arrested for a DUI last weekend for driving under the influence and with a suspended license, per the Miami Herald, new details have surfaced from Miami’s ABC affiliate, Local 10 News, that allege the running back not only posed as a cop and groped women in fake arrests, but he, allegedly, even tried to score a date.

While Walton’s name wasn’t directly mentioned by the alleged victim, it’s believed that the Hurricanes player was the “off-duty cop” the victim references. Here’s what the police report read, per Local10.com:

The victim stopped in the 2700 block of Southwest 27th Street, the report stated, and said a man approached her and said he was an “off duty officer” and asked her why she was speeding.

The man, who is believed to be Walton, then demanded that the victim get out of the vehicle and give her an identification card, police said.

When the victim turned around to get the card, Walton yelled out “What are you doing?” then grabbed the victim by her hands and held her arms behind her as if he was going to arrest her, the report stated.

The victim told police that Walton began to breathe down her neck and rubbed his genitals against her back before walking back to his car saying he needed to call someone to make the arrest.

A few minutes later Walton came back and said the girl was “too pretty” to be arrested and that he was going to give her a break, the report stated, however, in exchange she’d have to call him for a date.

Walton has not yet been charged for any of the allegations, but, after being suspended from the team following the news of his DUI this past weekend, the former four-star recruit looks as if he has a long way to repair his damaged image.
